The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator may award any remedy available under applicable law, but declaratory or injunctive relief may be awarded only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim.
